N7 Parnack Negotiations

Miranda and Liara gets sent on a diplomatic mission to Parnack, the Yahg homeworld, to negotiate and establish diplomatic ties to the council. The yahg, of course, prove very willing to cooperate with them, though it does sidetrack the mission.
