After capturing a perp Jill and Leon took him the RPD HQ for a good cop bad cop interrogation. Jill insists on going first to inspect the perp at large personally and thoroughly…using a special technique that would raise eyebrows from her partners…fortunately Leon seems "preoccupied" with something else in the other room at the moment so, Jill is free to inspect to her hearts content.
